Carvers on 19 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, Oklahoma

Before our very first livestream the OCR Slots team recently enjoyed a delightful dinner at Carvers on 19. Our evening was made even better by Greg our waiter, who welcomed us warmly and impressed us with his exceptional knowledge of the menu.

Appetizers

We enjoyed the coffee-rubbed beef brochette paired with a rich bourbon béarnaise sauce. The meat was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor.

Zachary, the manager, stopped by to inform us that an additional appetizer was needed. He quickly presented a stunning large chilled seafood tower, which featured an impressive selection with some of the following.

  • Colossal South African Tiger Prawn
  • Prince Edward Island Muscles
  • Delaware Oysters on Half Shell
  • Seaweed Salad with Caviar
  • Indonesian Black Tiger Prawn
  • Lump Crab Meat

Entree

Susan, Jona, and I indulged in the filet, so tender it melted under the slightest touch of a fork, bursting with incredible flavor. For sides, we enjoyed creamy roasted garlic mashed potatoes, rich mac & cheese, and grilled asparagus . Michael opted for the seared scallops, elegantly paired with spinach risotto and garnished with luxurious white sturgeon caviar.

Our dinner was exceptional, and Jordan our server ensured our glasses were always full.

Dessert

For dessert, we indulged in an extraordinary 19-layer chocolate cake. Calling it amazing doesn’t do it justice—it was decadently rich and irresistibly moist. To top it off, it was accompanied by an edible white chocolate printed Hard Rock guitar, adding a unique and delightful touch.

Carvers on 19 offers an extraordinary dining experience that’s truly unforgettable. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking a remarkable meal, this is the perfect destination. Our compliments to the Chef.
